2. 48-Hour Refund Period

If you are not satisfied, you can request a 100% refund within 48 hours of your purchase — no complicated questions asked.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at impressyourboss@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase with your name, registered email address, payment date and transaction ID.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. Your course access will be closed once the refund is approved.

5. Original Payment Method

Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time taken to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Requests After 48 Hours

Refund requests received after 48 hours from the time of purchase are not eligible.

7. Technical Access Problems

If you face problems accessing the course, please contact us first. We will try to resolve the issue promptly. If we cannot resolve a genuine technical issue on our side, we will review a refund even after 48 hours.

8. Course Material Not as Described

If the course content is materially different from what is described on our website, please contact us and we will review your request fairly.

9. Unauthorised Sharing

Refunds will not be given where an account has been shared, or course content has been downloaded, recorded or distributed in breach of our Terms & Conditions.

Refunds are not provided on the basis of expected career results, as outcomes depend on individual effort and circumstances.

11. Cancellation

You may stop using the course at any time. Cancellation after the 48-hour refund period does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining period.
